The site is located at Kshetra, Mahalakshmi kovil street, Besant nagar, Chennai – 90 very close to sea shore with a wonderful scenic view having good sea breeze and pollution free with a temple closeby. This place is closer to ECR, OMR, IT Parks, Colleges, etc and well connected with the different parts of the city. This project has Stilt + Four floors and completed in 2005.
